YOGA AND MINDFULNESS

This program blends movement, creativity, and mindfulness by guiding participants through yoga and stretching using storytelling. It incorporates breathing exercises, mindful activities, and crafts to build awareness and focus, while making pose practice engaging through games. Each session ends with relaxation and meditation to help participants unwind and feel calm.
